The Magnificent Seven
On the northwest corner of Queen’s Park Savannah there is a group of mansions referred to as The Magnificent Seven, built between 1900 and 1910. These buildings are exceptional examples of European colonial architecture in Trinidad and Tobago. These seven mansions are part of our built heritage. They offer a fascinating insight into our culture and history. These buildings are national treasures because they are symbols of our history and culture giving us a sense of dignity, and pride.
